Marco L. Denis, professionally known as Marco Denis, is the founder of The Comeback Properties and a Springfield, Missouri entrepreneur whose real-estate career has centered on recognizing possibilities in properties that others may overlook.

Born in Haiti and established in Springfield since the 1990s, Marco began his entrepreneurial career by building and operating four mobile-phone repair and resale businesses. That experience taught him how to identify customer needs, manage day-to-day operations and build value through consistent execution.

Marco eventually brought those lessons into real estate. He restored more than 250 homes throughout Springfield before expanding into commercial-property acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, repositioning and management.

His professional record now represents more than 15 years of real-estate experience, more than 100 transactions and over $50 million in assets under management.
